How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery to the US takes 5–12 days door to door. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free. You pay only the price of the toy.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Arab Emirates, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping is free to all of them.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. See our Returns & refunds policy for details.
My toy arrived damaged. What now?
Email support@maksu.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the toy and the box, and a short video that shows the problem: the snake not turning on, not charging or not driving. Once we have seen it, we send a replacement or refund you, and you keep the damaged item.

What ages are your toys for?
Each product page shows the recommended age. The Greedy Snake is for ages 6 and up. The snake's magnets are sealed inside its blocks and passed the ASTM F963 magnet safety test.
Are the toys safety tested?
The Greedy Snake is tested to ASTM F963 and CPSIA by an independent lab, and every box carries a batch number and production date. Each product page says what applies to that toy.
How do I charge the Greedy Snake?
With the included USB-C cable. A full charge takes about 2 hours and gives about 40 minutes of play. The battery is built in and not replaceable.
