Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment.

Where we ship and how long it takes

We ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Arab Emirates, Australia and New Zealand. Once your order ships, delivery usually takes:

United States: 5-12 days.
Canada: 6-12 days.
Mexico: 8-20 days.
United Arab Emirates: 4-9 days.
Australia: 5-12 days.
New Zealand: 6-10 days.

The exact delivery time for each item is shown on its product page and at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or peak seasons.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free to all the countries listed above. There is no minimum order and no extra charge at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package. You can also track it any time at https://www.maksu.store/apps/17TRACK.

Late or missing packages

If your order has not arrived within 25 days of placing it, email us at support@maksu.store with your order number and we will look into it. If a package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or give a full refund.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
